Location                            : Meeker CO 81641
Duration                           : 13 weeks
Pay-range                          :$24-$27/hr
Shifts                                  :  Nights
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have prior long-term care (LTC) experience, demonstrate strong patient care skills, and be committed to supporting residents' comfort, safety, and well-being. Travel CNAs are welcome, with potential opportunities for permanent placement.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' health conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide personal care while maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and privacy.
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe patient transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Follow infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Provide emotional support and promote a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

 
Requirements and Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification.
• Previous long-term care (LTC) experience is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Must comply with applicable state vaccination requirements and facility policies.
