About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dayshift team in our memory care unit. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Your attention to detail, patience, and kind demeanor will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist residents with medication administration and vital sign monitoring

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve quality care and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for working with seniors
