CNA/NA/PCA Needed – Dementia Experience Required

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Dementia Caregiver to provide support for a client in White Stone, VA. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and experienced in dementia care, with the ability to provide a calm and reassuring presence throughout each shift

Schedule:
• 8am-4pm,4pm-10pm,10pm-8am
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Weekend: Saturday 10am-10pm,10pm-10am

Sunday 10am-10pm,10pm-8am

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ensure client safety and provide supervision
• Offer emotional support and reassurance
• Engage the client in simple, meaningful activities as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Certification: CNA, PCA, or NA (required for Medicaid cases in Virginia)
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s clients
• Patience & calm demeanor (especially for sundowning or agitation)
• Ability to redirect behaviors safely
• Strong ADL skills (bathing, toileting, incontinence care, feeding)
• Understanding of safety risks (wandering, confusion, fall risk)

• Must be able to pass the back ground check
