Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time NOC Shift

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Schedule

Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team on the NOC shift. Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care while preserving dignity, respect, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs and resident observations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care and meeting high standards of excellence.
