Position / Specialty: CNA CDU
Shift: 3x12s, 7p-7:30a No block scheduling
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in MS
Certs REQ: BLS
Locals accepted: Yes - locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Local rate is $5 less than the posted BR.
