" Yes, this is a float-pool position
" May float across ICU, LTAC, LTC, skilled nursing, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Behavioral Health, rehabilitation, and Stepdown/PCU units

Are there any time off restrictions here?
" This facility will not pre-approve any holiday week RTO
" Every other holiday is required here and they cannot guarantee specific holidays off
" Up to 14 days of RTO may be pre-approved outside of blackout dates above

" HICU Vent/Pulmonary Care/Acute Rehab: Up to 40 patients; cares for adults with acute brain injury, complex medical conditions, respiratory needs, cardiac monitoring and rehabilitation needs
" Brain Health Unit (BHU): Two 40-bed units caring for patients with both medical and behavioral health diagnoses; includes medication management, rehabilitation and group/individual activities
" Household Units (LTC): Six 14-bed units providing long-term care; HH 5 6 specialize in dementia and cognitive impairment and are secured units
" Hall 1 Subacute Rehab: 42-bed, fast-paced unit caring for higher-acuity post-op, post-stroke, post-cardiac and rehabilitation patients with significant wound-care needs
" Hall 2 LTC/Memory Care: 50-bed long-term care unit serving patients with varying acuity, including dementia, behavioral needs, diabetes and cardiac conditions
" Burk 1 Pulmonary Care: 17-bed long-term care unit caring for patients with chronic and acute illnesses, including chronic tracheostomy patients
" Burk 2 Ventilator: Approximately 18 23 beds caring for patients with chronic and complex respiratory conditions, including patients requiring long-term ventilator support; ventilator and alarm-management competency is required...
