Start Date: Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule
Shift: 8hr Shifts, 4-5 days per week CANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED
- NOC shift is slower paced
Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility
Years of Experience REQ: Flexible on length of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience.
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: May have to float between units upon request
Open to accommodating block schedule?: N/A
Locals Accepted: Yes
LICENSE: Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED

RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off
