Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant – LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant – LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours) 6:45 15:15
Guaranteed hours: 40

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide basic patient care and support
• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
• Work closely with nurses and care teams
• Float between units as needed

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Atleast 1 year experience required
• Active New York CNA License (Required at submission – no license hits)
• BLS Certification
• Experience in LTC / Rehab / SNF / Hospital / Med-Surg preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be able to work every other weekend
• Local candidates accepted.
