Nurse Tech Qualifications or Skill Required: 1 year of patient care experience or 1 semester completed of accredited RN program. BLS required. Current CPR certification. Must be able to stand and/or walk for moderate periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional heavy lifting may be required when moving or supporting patients who may suddenly become weak or helpless.
Responsibilities: Assists RN/LVN in providing quality patient care, inputs information electronically into the patient records, and maintains a clean environment under the supervision of nursing staff members.
CNA/NA Qualifications or Skill Required: High School graduate or equivalent; NA certification. One year of experience in a medical setting is preferred. Must have oral and written communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow verbal or written instructions. Some computer skills are required. Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional heavy lifting may be required.
