Tradewater Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide exceptional care and support to our residents and patients. Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions
Take and record vital signs as directed
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
Accurately document care provided
Qualifications
Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of employment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required
