What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll step into established processes and help keep the team supported and prepared:
- Managing caregiver hiring, onboarding, and training within a clear system
- Communicating daily with caregivers, applicants, and the office team
- Keeping hiring and onboarding moving consistently so we’re always staffed
- Leading organized, engaging orientations for new hires
- Supporting caregivers as they get started so they feel confident and ready
- Working closely with the scheduler to stay ahead of staffing needs
Training & Team Support
- Teaching caregivers how to follow care plans and expectations
- Reinforcing processes that are already in place
- Helping caregivers stay on track with training and certifications
- Providing guidance and support when questions come up
- Recognizing progress and helping maintain a positive team environment

What Success Looks Like

What You Bring
- Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities
- Comfort working within systems and processes
- A natural ability to connect with people and keep things positive
- Follow-through—you do what you say you’re going to do
Requirements
- Active CNA (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Comfortable using systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
- Able to work independently while staying connected to the team
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, Typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility Required for evenings/on-call rotation as needed
