CNA / PCA Caregiver — Mint Hill, Charlotte & Surrounding Areas

Assisting Hands East Charlotte is a family and veteran-owned home care agency serving Mint Hill, Charlotte, Matthews, Stallings, Indian Trail, and nearby communities.
We're looking for dependable CNAs and PCAs who want more than a list of shifts. We focus on pairing caregivers with clients where the fit makes sense, creating consistency, and building relationships that make a real difference.

What You'll Do
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible
- Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition
- Maintain clear communication and required documentation
We're Looking For Caregivers Who:
- Have an active North Carolina CNA or PCA credential
- Have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Are reliable, punctual, and committed to the shifts they accept
- Communicate well with clients, families, and our office team
- Are comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Genuinely enjoy caring for and connecting with people
- Want consistent work and ongoing relationships with clients
Home care experience is a plus, but we're also interested in great caregivers who are ready to learn and grow.
