Position Overview
As a CNA or PCA at The Manor, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Assist with documentation and record keeping
Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures
Assist with laundry and general care needs
Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism
Qualifications
Current CNA or PCA certification in the State of Arkansas (required)
Prior experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Strong sense of empathy, patience, and compassion
Passion for working with geriatric residents
