Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career, we welcome caring individuals who are committed to delivering quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do

As a PCA or CNA, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing compassionate support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)

• Accompanying clients on walks or appointments when needed

• Monitoring changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns to the care team

• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Licensed PCA or CNA in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Professional with a positive attitude

• Excellent communicators

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work independently while following individualized care plans

• Have reliable transportation

• Experience preferred, but newly certified caregivers are encouraged to apply!
