Location: NY 14527
Pay: $885 – $1,006/week
Hours: 5x7.5hr shifts, day or night, 37.5 hrs/week; every other weekend & holidays; must attend first-day orientation (full shift) on Tue/Thu
Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision
Assist with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, and feeding
Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms
Monitor resident status, report changes, and document care per protocol
Support restorative care and promote patient comfort and rights
High School Diploma or GED
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)
BLS (AHA or RQI)
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
