Position Summary

As a CNA at The Pines, you will provide routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. You'll play a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) • Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights • Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff • Support admissions, transfers, and discharges • Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment • Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California CPR preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures
