Location: Oregon 97216
Pay: $788 – $898/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support
Obtain and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse) and report patient status changes to the RN
Support patient nutrition, hydration, positioning, and restorative care needs
Observe, document, and communicate patient responses (verbal and nonverbal) to the care team
Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
Perform basic clerical and unit support tasks as assigned
Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient unit operations and patient flow
Float to Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units as needed based on staffing needs
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)
BLS/Basic Life Support certification (Required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Must comply with facility vaccination and health requirements
Navy blue scrubs required
No call required
Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
Familiarity with Epic (documentation system) and Omnicell (medication system) preferred
