Job Diva ID: 26-05020 Position Title: CNA Location:Portland, OR 97201 Duration: 13 Weeks Work Schedule: Days and Night (3x12) Pay rate: $26 - $28
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
BLS (AHA)
Active CNA Certification
Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Nutrition and hydration
Elimination and toileting
Positioning and use of positioning devices
Restraints and restorative care
Take and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
Assist patients with their basic care and comfort needs.
Perform clerical duties, including routing patient reports as appropriate.
Use organizational and prioritization skills to maintain smooth unit operations and meet deadlines.
Provide assessment data to the certified nurse within the scope of practice, including vital signs and patient verbal/nonverbal responses.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
