Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus is made up of 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We offer a structured, supportive environment where teamwork, leadership access, and quality care set us apart.

Position Summary

As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care as needed, supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being in our cottage-style care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to follow care plans
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain active throughout shift

Additional Information

• Balanced patient assignments to support quality care and prevent burnout
• Must be comfortable with walking between cottages throughout shift
