Position Title: CNA - Rehab
Location: Newark, NY 14513
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
- Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and patient observations.
- Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, infection control, and PPE protocols.
- Safely operate patient care equipment including Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and transfer devices.
- Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active CNA Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Must be willing to float based on facility needs.
- Every other weekend availability required.
