CNA Resident Care Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality resident care in a supportive and compassionate manner • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or needs • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents as needed • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
