What Youll Do
Our CNAs provide kind hands-on care and daily support to our residents, making a difference in their health, happiness, and quality of life. Youll assist residents with daily activities such as:
• Bathing • Dressing • Meals
Youll also provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect. Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team. Document care and services in the electronic system. Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
What You Bring
Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred. A high school diploma or GED. State of Ohio Nurse Aide Certificate. CNA in good standing. Valid CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
