We offer staffing ratios that are considered among the best in the industry, with only 7 residents for each CNA. Hourly Wage: $21- $22.25, dependent upon date of certification. Generous Shift Differentials: • 2nd shift: $1.50 • 3rd shift: $2.00 • Weekends: $2.00

 

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for the following shift needs:

 

Full-Time: • 7am - 3pm: 30 hours e/o weekend

Part-Time: • 7am-3pm: 22.5 hours e/o weekend • 3pm - 11pm: 22.5 hours e/o weekend (required) • 3pm - 11pm: 7.5 hours e/o Sunday

 

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration.

 

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. • Other duties as needed.
