We offer staffing ratios that are considered among the best in the industry with only 7 residents for each CNA.

Hourly Wage: 21 - 22.25 (dependent upon date of certification)

Generous Shift Differentials:

• 2nd shift: 1.50
• 3rd shift: 2.00
• Weekends: 2.00

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for Part Time and Full Time position openings.

Full-Time:

• 7am - 3pm (30 hours eo weekend)
• 3pm - 11pm (30 hours eo weekend)

Part-Time:

• 3pm - 11pm (22.5 hours eo weekend required)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
