Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is seeking a CNA to join our skilled nursing team. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions across multiple shifts.
As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care and support to residents while working alongside a dedicated clinical team focused on quality outcomes and resident dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily care needs including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support safe transfers and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
- Promote comfort, respect, and engagement for all residents
Compensation:
$19.50 - $23.22 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience and benefit selections
- Additional earning potential may be available depending on benefit elections
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- New graduates and experienced CNAs encouraged to apply
- Dependable, team-oriented, and attentive to resident needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
