    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.

    Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

    To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare.

    Patient hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, pack rubs).

    Documentation of baseline date (vital signs, intake and output).

    Knowledge of mobility and precautions for orthopedic patients.

    Skin care for immobilized patients.

    Uses proper techniques and/or equipment to ambulate, lift, move, position, and transport patients.

    Maintains an environment free of abuse and reports suspected resident abuse to supervisor.

    Job Requirements

    Required: Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program, upon hire and Successful completion of MECC sub-acute exam to work sub-acute wings, upon hire and Certified Nursing Assistant: CA, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

    Preferred: Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNA
