Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications Requirements:
  • Montana CNA License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Strong LTC (Long-Term Care) experience
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in acute care settings
  • Experience working with dementia patients preferred
  • Proficiency in swing bed care
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a flexible block schedule
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient mobility
