    Job Requirements
    Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Certifications Requirements:

    • Montana CNA License
    • BLS certification
    • Strong LTC (Long Term Care) experience certification preferred

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care experience
    • Swing Bed experience preferred
    • Proven experience in long-term care settings

    Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work flexible day/night shifts on a 3-12 schedule
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Physical ability to handle the demands of long shifts and patient care

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care, including routine activities, to enhance patient well-being.
    • Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor and record patient conditions.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations.
    • Execute patient hygiene and comfort measures in accordance with care plans.
    • Support the facility's daily operations by assisting with patient mobility and other duties as assigned.
