CNA Training Track – Paid Clinical Experience

Casey Rehab & Nursing is offering a structured pathway into healthcare for individuals interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-no prior license required.

This opportunity combines guided instruction with hands-on experience in a skilled nursing setting, allowing participants to build real-world skills while working alongside experienced care teams.

How the Program Works

Participants begin with a combination of classroom instruction and supervised clinical training within our facility. Throughout the program, you'll gain direct exposure to resident care, daily routines, and team-based nursing support.

Hands-on training hours are paid at $15.50 per hour.

Upon successful completion and state certification, participants are eligible for full-time CNA positions starting at $19.50 per hour, with access to a full benefits package.
