What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Take and document vital signs accurately.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and mobility needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Complete documentation according to facility standards and policies.
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to obtain/work in Colorado)
- Minimum of one year of travel CNA experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
