Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

Location: Trenton, Nebraska 

Pay Rate: $25/ OT $37.50

We are searching for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? Position Summary: As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your dedication to providing exceptional care will ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You'll work closely with our professional healthcare team to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, assist with daily activities, and offer a compassionate presence to those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and ensure residents receive appropriate care and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure residents' needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
