Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care

Location: Utica, NY 13502
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted

Pay Rate: $20–$24/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York CNA License

• Current BLS Certification

• Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience

• PointClick Care (PCC) experience

• Previous travel experience preferred

• Driver’s license with matching demographic address

• RTO must be included at submission

• Fingerprinting may be required

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition

• Safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate residents

• Provide care to residents with dementia, memory care, MS, and orthopedic conditions

• Document patient care accurately in PointClick Care (PCC)

• Float within the same building as required
