Location: NY 13165
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Schedule: 3 x 8-hour evening shifts, EOW and holiday coverage required
Orientation: Must be available for full-day orientation on Tuesday or Thursday
Provide direct resident care under RN/LPN supervision (ADLs, mobility, restorative care)
Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and monitor equipment
Assist with meals and nutrition; honor resident preferences
Document care and report changes in resident condition promptly
Follow infection control and safety protocols
High School Diploma or GED
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)
BLS (AHA or RQI) certification
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
