CNA

Location: NY 13165
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Hours: 3x7.5-hr shifts, Part-Time Day/Evening rotation; every other weekend & holidays; must attend full-day orientation on Tue or Thu

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision

• Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding

• Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms

• Support resident nutrition, restorative care, and social/emotional needs

• Report changes in resident status to nurse and document care per protocol

• High School Diploma or GED

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)

• BLS (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
