```Duties```As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various medical settings. Your duties may include:

- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Monitoring and recording vital signs- Assisting with medical procedures such as suture removal, IV infusion, and ventilator management- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals- Assisting with patient transfers and mobility- Providing emotional support to patients and their families- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

```Skills```To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong medical documentation skills to accurately record patient information- Knowledge of primary care principles and practices- Experience in home care or hospital settings- Proficiency in performing basic medical procedures such as suture removal, IV infusion, ventilator management, and inhalation therapy- Ability to perform venipuncture for blood draws and other diagnostic tests- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting is preferred
