Position: Full-Time Hospice CNA (Westminster, Arvada, Northglenn areas) About Us: Our mission at Dignity Hospice is to provide superior care and customer service in an environment of dignity and respect. We are looking for an experienced Hospice CNA to join our dedicated team Arvada, Westminster and Northglenn surrounding areas. Job Summary: As a Hospice CNA, you will: Provide personal care services to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Observe and document patient conditions and services provided. Travel to residences and patient communities as needed. Requirements: Minimum age of 18. Completion of a recognized Nurse Assistant certification program. At least one year of direct patient care experience in an institutional or home care setting (hospice experience preferred). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bed baths, grooming, and showers. Support daily living activities such as serving meals, feeding, ambulating, and positioning patients. Perform linen changes and light housekeeping. Report significant changes in patient conditions to the RN Case Manager and CNA Coordinator. Adhere to all Dignity Hospice policies and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality. Work independently with minimal supervision. Participate in team meetings, in-services, and other related activities. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $19-$22 (DOE). Weekend differential: $4 per hour. Mileage reimbursement. Dignity cell phone provided.
