CNA Weekend Warrior

About Us:
Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership – is a 138 bed long term care facility. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated CNAs to join our team. Weekend Warrior Shift Type:

• Double shifts every weekend (Monday thru Friday off, unless you choose to pick up additional shifts)

• OR Single shifts every weekend, plus two single shifts during the week.  example: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday singles weekly.

• Work the contract Doubles or the 4/5 singles-get paid an extra shift free.  See HR for Details.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc).

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Monitor their overall well-being.

• Assist with meals and hydration.

• Reposition residents to prevent pressure sores.

• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

   

Qualifications:

• Current PA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license – required.

• Active CPR/BLS Certification - preferred.

• High school diploma or GED - preferred.

• Pass background check – required.

   

Benefits: - $2,500 Sign on Bonus

• Competitive pay: $20.25 to $26.50 per hour based on experience and available shift differentials.
