Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents.

These roles are within our sub-acute, long-term care, and ventilator dependent units.
Pay Range (depending on experience):
CNA: $20.00 - $24.98/hr (plus shift differential)
Position Details:
- Saturdays & Sundays (every other weekend or every weekend)
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Consistent weekend schedule
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Support nursing staff with vital signs and resident needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Qualifications:
- MA CNA license (in good standing)
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
