Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. If you are looking for a job that gives you flexibility and rewarding patient experiences, then we have the perfect job for you. The ideal candidate should possess a CNA certification or be a Home Health Aide currently working in the Home Health field. Responsibilities include: making visits to patient homes for both home health and hospice to provide personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, and assisting the patient with ambulation and transfer activities. Must have reliable transportation and possess good organizational and communication skills. Positions available in both Litchfield County and the Greater Farmington Valley.
