Job Description Adecco is looking for a 2nd Shift Lead This position would be with one of Adecco's leading partners inconstruction and renovation of large public venues and multi-use developments.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Second shift operators, welders, solder associates and other manufacturing personnel
Assist with production efforts
Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed by team
Meet with Day shift leads to develop production plans
Handle shop maintenance and cleanup as required
Setup work for 1st shift on following day
Requirements:
Must have previous experience on CNC Mill + Lathe Experience (min 3 years)
Must have previous knowledge of machine maintenance & repair (min 1 year)
Previous experience planning production (min 1 year)
Previous experience with quality assurance and confirming parts conform to standards (min 1 year)
Previous experience in supervisory or lead role (min 1 year)
HSD/GED
Must be able to speak, read, write English
Details
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
