Adecco is looking for a 2nd Shift Lead This position would be with one of Adecco's leading partners inconstruction and renovation of large public venues and multi-use developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Second shift operators, welders, solder associates and other manufacturing personnel

  • Assist with production efforts

  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed by team

  • Meet with Day shift leads to develop production plans

  • Handle shop maintenance and cleanup as required

  • Setup work for 1st shift on following day

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience on CNC Mill + Lathe Experience (min 3 years)

  • Must have previous knowledge of machine maintenance & repair (min 1 year)

  • Previous experience planning production (min 1 year)

  • Previous experience with quality assurance and confirming parts conform to standards (min 1 year)

  • Previous experience in supervisory or lead role (min 1 year)

  • HSD/GED

  • Must be able to speak, read, write English

Details

  • Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
