    Are You the Go-To Troubleshooter? (McAlester, OK)

    Do you instinctively reach for a multimeter when a CNC throws a fault? Can you read electrical schematics, align machine geometry, and bring a hydraulic system back to spec—then document it clearly? If so, you’ll thrive here.

    Role Snapshot

    • Own preventive and corrective maintenance for a mix of CNC, automated, and heavy industrial equipment.
    • Pinpoint issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains and rapidly troubleshoot root causes.
    • Maintain thorough, accurate maintenance records and repair histories.
    • Team up with peers to raise overall equipment reliability and performance.
    • Work safely—always—by following regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with installing and commissioning new machines, including alignment and setup.
    • Keep learning through structured training and on-the-job development.

    Must-Haves

    • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
    • Proven background as a maintenance technician or in a related maintenance capacity.
    • Depth in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system fundamentals.
    • Fluency with technical manuals, prints, and schematic interpretation.
    • Problem-solver with high attention to detail and strong communication.
    • Team collaborator willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays when necessary.
