We’re looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, knows how to read a print.

THE JOB
You’ll be responsible for taking raw sheet metal and turning it into accurately formed components using CNC press brake equipment.
You’ll:
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes
- Read blueprints and determine bend requirements
- Form 14–16 gauge galvanized steel and copper material up to 1'
- Select tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
- Check dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment
- Make control adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished parts and catch issues before they become problems
- Keep your workstation organized, safe, and production-ready
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has previous press brake experience
- Can confidently read and interpret blueprints
- Understands precision manufacturing and dimensional requirements
- Knows how to measure and verify their work
- Can troubleshoot and make adjustments at the machine
- Takes ownership of the quality of their work
- Has CNC programming experience (a plus, but not required)
