About the role

Picture your day beginning on a clean, well-organized shop floor where precision matters and craftsmanship is celebrated. You review a new mold program, optimize tool paths for 3D surfaces, and step over to a Makino to run your setup. A teammate asks for a quick look at a Heidenhain control sequence; you help, then return to dialing in a finish pass on a complex cavity. By day’s end, you’ve taken a CAD model from programming to a verified part, collaborating along the way with peers who care as much about quality as you do.
