Your Impact
Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate setups and quality parts.
Drive throughput by monitoring cycle times, quality metrics, and machine utilization.
Prevent unplanned downtime through routine maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
Partner with colleagues to align on daily goals, schedules, and priorities.
Document production output and promptly flag any deviations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Core Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet specification and timeline requirements.
Continuously monitor machining processes and make data-driven adjustments.
Perform basic repairs and coordinate with leadership on complex issues.
Ensure all work adheres to safety practices and production standards.
Qualifications
Experience in CNC operation or a closely related machining role.
Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and controls.
Ability to read prints, understand tolerances, and follow technical documentation.
