What you’ll impact
Set up, load, and run CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking equipment
Monitor multiple machines during production to maintain flow and efficiency
Load and tweak programs to preserve part quality and takt time
Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm specs
Conduct in-process checks to meet blueprint requirements
Diagnose small issues; report significant malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
Maintain coolant, check tooling condition, and keep machines/area clean
Move raw material and finished parts between machines; manage loading and unloading
Follow safety policies and company quality standards
Document production activities, inspections, and deviations
Must-haves
Experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist (preferred)
Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection methods
Basic understanding of G-code or CNC controls (preferred but not required depending on level)
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Comfort standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
