About Us

We’re a full‑service machining partner serving a wide range of industries. From prototypes to high‑volume production, we support demanding applications with the precision, capacity, and expertise our customers rely on.

A Day in the Role

You start your shift by reviewing the schedule and quality metrics, then huddle with CNC operators and line inspectors to align on priorities. You verify setups, confirm tooling and setup sheets are in place, and coach operators through any programming or dimensional questions. Midday, you troubleshoot a machine alarm, redeploy people during a brief line stoppage, and audit 5S to keep the cell organized. Before close, you report performance to management, assign work for the next run, and ensure everyone goes home safe.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all CNC operators and line inspectors across the line to hit output, quality, and safety targets.
  • Onboard, orient, and train department employees; provide ongoing skills coaching.
  • Champion safe work practices and verify every team member follows them.
  • Track quality performance; contain and correct deviations immediately.
  • Keep both the team and management informed through regular updates and required meetings.
  • Dispatch jobs to operators and balance workload based on schedule needs.
  • Enforce company rules, SOPs, and standard work on the shop floor.
  • Perform or assist with CNC setups, tooling changes, and program adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot technical machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure availability of tooling, setup sheets, control plans, and related documentation.
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized production area.
  • Reassign or redeploy team members during slow periods or downtime.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge or hands‑on experience in CNC machining.
  • CNC programming literacy and solid math skills.

Working Conditions

  • Manufacturing plant/shop setting.
  • Regular proximity to moving mechanical equipment.
  • Potential exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicals.

Benefits & Time Off

  • Medical, Dental, Vision (plus supplemental insurances) and 401(k).
  • Paid time off: Vacation and 8 company‑observed holidays.

This description highlights typical duties and requirements but isn’t exhaustive; additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
