Core Responsibilities
Examine machined parts to identify burrs and sharp edges.
Apply deburring techniques with hand tools and machines for uniform finishes.
Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work area.
Coordinate with production teams to keep schedules on track.
Record quality observations and escalate issues appropriately.
Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must‑Haves
High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
Experience in deburring or similar manufacturing roles preferred.
Keen attention to detail and consistent precision.
Hands‑on familiarity with deburring tools and equipment.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and specs.
Strong communication skills and a team‑first approach.
