Job Title: CNC Cutter Grinder Rollomatic (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Summary:
This position involves setting up and operating Rollomatic CNC cutter grinding machines to manufacture drills, taps, reamers, and other surgical instruments.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC cutter grinding machines (Rollomatic)
Adjust programs and offsets to maintain tool geometry and quality
Inspect tools using precision measuring equipment
Maintain consistent quality and documentation requirements
Work with engineering and production teams to develop grinding processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot grinding processes
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs or setups
Prior experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, FDA) is a plus
Training Available:
Mentoring or training experience for junior operators
