Job Overview

As a key member of our production team, you will operate a variety of CNC and EDM machines, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and productivity. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about precision and excellence in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machines for 3, 4, and 5 axis machining operations.
• Position and secure workpieces on machine tables.
• Select, install, and manage tooling as per process requirements.
• Record production inspection results and verify dimensional adjustments.
• Inspect key dimensions using micrometers and precision dial gauges.
• Troubleshoot and report production issues to the supervisor.
• Deburr pieces according to specifications and maintain tools and instruments.
• Promote safe machine operations and material handling procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in EDM/CNC or tooling production.
• Background in machine operation, assembly, or equipment maintenance.
• Comfortable working with tools and following work instructions.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment.
• U.S. Persons only due to export restrictions.
