Join a direct-hire, permanent team with openings on both 1st and 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you will assemble, wire, plumb, and verify complex electro-mechanical subassemblies and large CNC machinery against engineering specifications and quality standards.
A day in this role
Start your shift by reviewing blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for the day's builds.
Assemble electro-mechanical components and full systems using hand and power tools along with precision measuring instruments.
Wire and integrate electrical panels and devices; route pneumatics; align and fasten mechanical elements.
Perform functional tests and inspections to confirm proper operation and compliance with quality requirements.
Document and report any defects, deviations, or assembly issues and collaborate to resolve root causes.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a closely related environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and step-by-step work instructions.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments for precision assembly work.
